Well. Bob has a small AP and Durability edge as far as I know. Bond seems to have much better gadgets and stuff. So, how skilled is Bob at fighting?

He isn't super proficient. He just knows some wrestling and how to fight on a general level. And has been in a fire fight using drones.

His AP a a bit higher than Bond 9-A stuff. But durability wise he definitely is beyond bonds durability. Since bonds only wall. But bonds got weapons which could hurt Bob

So, here's my opinion:

Bob has AP and Durability but he's not even 2 times stronger if I read his profile correctly so

Bond seems to be more skilled and he has stuff like invisibility which seems to be a issue for Bob

Bond also has a lifting strength edge, range, intelligence, etc.

Bob doesn't have much going for him here so I'm voting for Bond rn
