Silver surfer has superior speed and can do way to many things for blue beetle to handle he could go back in time and take the beetle and destroy the beetle he also has the power to destroy blue beetles suit thingy right off his body he can even make a black hole if needed I don't really see how blue beetle can match him especially since silver surfer has some of the highest stamina in marvel giving him the overall advantage and the win
