For that we are gonna need the Yamamoto busting a area several times bigger than Karakura feat and then Ichigo busting a replica of the area of Karakura Town feat. The we move to the Aura feat

Also, I don't know if it's possible to tell the volume of water that Aura created. Karakura Town is huge, I was talking to Raven about possibilities for it's size and it potential yields using irl Tokyo averages or the numbers in the manga would give some large results.
But we still need it for Yama's multi-Karakura disintegration and Ichigo busting a replica of it with his Bankai activation.

Would that make Yhwach (son) the reincarnation of the (father) Soul King and at the same time a human (holy spirit) soul hybrid since he was a baby on Earth, but he is still a spirit inside Soul Society?

They have similar Reiryoku because both are/were part of the Soul King, it would be weird if they were different. Mimi is the right hand not will (though right hand typically refers to an enforcer of someone).
