Black Hole Power Chart

A while back @Hagane_no_Saiyajin made this chart for the various energies from differently sized black holes. @Antvasima suggested I made a thread about it so apologies for taking so long, I had completely forgotten about it.

@M3X @Jasonsith @Executor N0 @Antoniofer and I believe @DMUA were all suggested to participate and share their opinions on the chart, I believe.

Probably integrated into an existing page, but it seems best to wait for DontTalk first, as he largely wrote our instruction page for black holes.

Planet level should start with 100% of earth mass, as the Earth is baseline for Planet level.

Hagane only needs to modify what DT mentions and then it should be ok
