I just saw Sebastian's profile and thought it was quite lacking. Here are my suggestions.
Add:
-Fire Manipulation, as seen here , here and here , he's able to use the flame of a candle to burn an entire mansion.
-Darkness Manipulation, as shown here , he can control a shadow-like substance.
-Regenerationn (Low-Mid), as shown here and here , he is shot full of holes and comes back completely unharmed, and here is stabbed through the chest with a scythe and survives.
-Immortality (Type 1), Sebastian has lived for hundreds of years and said himself demons can live forever.
-Resistence to poison, as shown here , he is unaffected by a poison that could kill a human in thirty seconds.
