Personally I would have to go with Pickle. His feats are just overall better. He is very heavily implied to be an equal to Base Yujiro while in his base and is shown to match Musashi as well who made Oliva shake in fear. Speed wise the two should be comparable to each other at the very least. If Oliva was skilled like Baki he might have a chance, but he tends to just rush into things and rarely uses and complex skills.
