Bill's Rematches: Bill Cipher vs. The Anti-Spiral

Voting for Bill because his best abilities which could negate the Anti-Spiral's probability manipulation
 
I personally think AS's PM is overrated. One person said he could use it to reduce the chance of his powers working to 0. When has he ever used PM except to change basic outcomes like being hit. Has he ever done it for anything beyond That? No? Ok then.
 
Alright, so, lemme just restate what I have said on Discord.

Anti Spiral probably isnt going to just go "muh max dispair" and have Bill rek him with hax, considering he's a cosmic entity and not just another human, and doesn't even have abilites correlated to will power that despair would null.

And, so, he'll probably just toss Bill in the Labyrinth. Now, Bill recognizing himself, that's pretty easy due to his abilites, but he still doesn't really have a way to, you know, actually escape the sucker from that point on. Despite Simon realizing himself, he needed to assemble team dai Gurren and absorb the Laybrinth to get out.

But Bill can also hax, so it's one of those Hax quickdraws. I'll say Inconclusive.

....Yes he has.

He has done it on literally every fight it was in.

And it's probability is immensely superior to A dude who made a probability with a 0% chance of happening happen.

Remind me again what applications his PM has aside from event manipulation? Not to mention CM should be a hard counter.
 
CM?

His probability extends to being able to make an attack miss or hit depending on what it desires as well as changing the probability of an opponent using a certain move, granted we never did see much as it's only fight involved another probability equipped fighter.
 
Basically, AS raises the probability of an opponent using a different attack over any others.

That sounds more like limited mind control via PM. And anyways, that's not power nullification, that's still event manipulation, nothing causality manipulation can't handle. And given Bill has his powers from an good without physics or causality, or time, I doubt PM would work.
