The bubbles? They need to physically touch the target, and aren't 4D in any form.

The name thing? Only 3D characters die from it. It's unlikely to work on anyone who can comprehend 4D stuff.

I really dont know how we decided whenever it is 5D or not to view reality as fiction.

This is private world created by the Player. The Player can exist within it lower or higher.

Apparently Annoying Dog and some skullgirls characters are 5-D for viewing 4-D as fiction but Stellaris player views 5-D as fiction but is only high 2-A so IDK

Which you've given no logical reasons for.

I've explained why that doesn't work. Viewing 2-C as fiction gives you higher AP then 2-C, not that it matters because your claim that Player views him as fiction isn't even true.
