  • Where does Bill's resistances come from?
    • How good they are?
  • How good is his Precognition in combat?
  • How does his Duplication work? (Are his duplicates equal in power, just comparable?, do they share the same mind?, etc.)
  • Can an Admin look me in the eyes and tell me that the tier justification of this guy makes sense?

I remember someone saying that he showed that power multiple times, I'm interested in its limits.
 
I'm pretty sure he did this in Ford's dream, and when he was still 11-A. Which could be chalked up to things like Illusion Creation or Dream/Perception Manipulation. Especially if he never used it outside of the dream.

I'd also like to know where things like Precognition and his Resistances come from.
 
Honestly at this point I'm wondering who the hell handled the Gravity Falls profiles since much of the stuff here and Time baby's seem like nonsense

Justification , gonna need that for the other things on the other other hand .
 
TBF, the profiles are like a million years old. Not to mention a lot of people don't care about the fat tub of lard who showed up a couple times and got one-shotted when he finally DID something.

I mean, do you really consider Time Baby a note-worthy character? Both on this site and in general?
 
I believe that the Time Baby should only be 3-A or 3-B via trying to stop a Bill that he describes with the power to destroy the universe with the help of his little army, but he has no tier 2 feats.
 
If Time Baby is downgraded, it will also affect Bill's Low 2-C key, which is only considered above baseline due to his fight with Time Baby.
 
Also are "Restricted" and "Full Power" invented names to justify his inconsistent situation?
 
It says his entrance into the physical universe distorted most of it's natural laws, and that his influence would quickly spread throughout the universe.

If Time Baby gets downgraded, Bill will still be Low 2-C, but just a baseline Low 2-C.

Honestly the only universal feat I remember from Bill is Time Baby saying he could destroy the very fabric of existence the other stuff sounds more like range to me
 
@Paulo.junior Only his range was "Restricted" I believe.
 
Well, most of the feats used as justification for his "Restricted" key come from the show, while the "Full Power" ones are all from the journal, so, it seems like the Bill from the show was the Restricted one.
 
Actually, now that I stop to think about it, you're right. Does the journal say anything about Bill becoming stronger if he escaped Gravity Falls? If it doesn't, maybe we should get rid of they keys and just make him "Low 2-C, Possibly 2-A"?

Well, Eficiente said above, that he believes only his range was restricted, not his power. Since the only thing "Restricted" about him in the show was that he couldn't leave the town, not that he was less powerful.
 
An Admin is probably counting our errors to deny them and look cool by only commenting that.

Also, I find it weird how I go all day without hardly any notifications in my box, but when I wake up and check, I've got like 10 notifications in the morning.
 
When I get back from school I usually have like 20 notifications at least so you have it easy man
 
I believe the resistance to reality warping is from being unaffected by both being in his decaying dimension and not being effected by Weirdmageddon. I think, I'm not sure. I don't even think I helped that much...
 
Out of curiosity. Was the "threat to the whole multiverse" thing more about the actual fabric of the multiverse or just everyone in it?
 
I don't think they even said Multiverse just destroy the very fabric of existence which I'm not sure if that's just Universe or Multiverse
 
I dunno couldn't that just mean he'll protecting the Multiverse or the people in it? That doesn't necessarily say he could just destroy it all instantly
