Big problems with A (Fourth Raikage)

I was going to write in a VS Thread involving him but then double checked his profile, to make sure I got all fact straights before I gave my viewpoint, when I noticed that A has no Powers and Abilities and no Techniques sections!

Edit: Also the page is locked, so even if I had the confidence in making the sections myself, I wouldn't be able to do it.
