So godzilla has a 2.17x AP advantage and technically range advantage. He is very radioactive both with attacks and by himself so passive radiation poisoning will be a thing. Godzilla also has mid regen.

Kirby, on the other hand has true flight and small size, making this fight similar to you trying to find a tiny flying ant with the power of a punch. Kirby is also malleable and could probably reflect godzilla's attacks back at him.

I am not fully sure atm because idk if kirby can get past the massive regen so i'll lean towards kirby atm but i am not voting yet.

He tecnicaly don't need, after a bit of fighting and noticing the lizard isn't going down he could use any of the following copy habilitys

Transmutation (Bubble)
Sleep Manipulation (Sleep)
Possession (Ghost)

and in the worst case he may be able to copy godzila atomic breath by absorbing small chunks of him and outdamage his regen
