Death hax = He breath, black smoke cover the oponent and they die whem It enters them
Mind hax/Sleep hax = he say "Sleep" and you sleep or he wispers something and you are minde controled

IIRC the opponent wakes up whenever they normally would, although it might be indefinite. Mindhax would also work here though
