So it all comes down to who gets the first hit since they both have the tendency to one-shot each other. Four seems to have an instant move with him, being his Zappies, so he is most likely to lead with that in terms of long range. How fast can Ben hit?
Also, does Four have the Anti-Flying Button with him?

Most of Ben's hax are thought based but his gravity manip requires a quick hand movement, but if he's bloodlusted he's leading with pumping Four's mind full of artificial memories and experiences so Four believes he's killing Benjamin when in reality he's just standing there letting Benjamin do whatever he wants to him

So, Four will still lead to doing Zappies first, and I see that Ben is more likely to rush up and close combat Four, but that is a fatal mistake, as Four either BFRs Ben to the EXIT, Biologically deform his body, or straight up punch him with enough force to blast him to pieces due to the AP Gap.
Not voting yet, as I will wait for counterarguments.

Ive seen some fights of him, and Ben seemingly does just that on his first resort. Pretty much like when he was up against luther (though he DID later pull out a gun later in the fight, so that can be an alternate resort) and Archanine.

Archanine was lead with mind hax, the entire fight was a false memory benjamin planted in his mind at the start of the fight

Wait, didnt we discuss before that Ben's High 4-C Hax isnt combat-applicable? Hes only used it to make a sun, and thats it.
