Hmm, Minamoto is only High 7-A with 1 ability so she can't tank Benimaru's attack he could feasibly just fly into the sky and spam hellflares since she can't fly, though she could hit him with her bow.

How high into High 7-A is her Ox-King Storm Call? All i see atm is being superior to another attack which can obliterate a mountain, that will be pretty important cause Benimaru might just be further into High 7-A, and just tanks her attack and stomp her.

Anyways, I equalized the AP & Speed, since Minamoto is only High 7-A with one attack.
