Very good EE, Alien X’s DNA got nuked because Atomic-X is fodder. Meaning failsafe or not, no-one was around to resist it.

A combination of Duncan saying it, CN cosmology, the movie. Once you prove they are alternate timelines you just go back to Ben getting the Omnitrix causing the branching and use Ben 23 for consistency.

They are Massively Hypersonic (Scaling to XLR8), Possibly Relativistic (Reacting to Vilgax lasers)

Vilgax’s lasers don’t have any listed reasons to be Relativistic so… it hasn’t
