Also is the Ben 10 wiki a valid source? Cause in the show the Cosmos also refers to all of existence.

Yeah space beyond might be a collection of omniverse and beyond timestream. And the currently understood space beyond in the cosmology page might be local multiverse area for branching timelines

I don't think that's what he means. I think he means that the Annihilarrgh creates/destroys all the higher dimensions depending on in the dimensional realm/white void it's located in. So it would be Varias, at most 1B.
