Unlike the Zeno Match..

Beerus would have the combat experience and reflexes to just dodge march's attacks.

Even if the Hakai fails to kill march, Beerus can just switch to AoE Ki Blast and win.

March doesn't have any AoE to freeze Beerus (Beerus is already very skilled) with Beerus getting suspicious if March who is "weaker" then him somehow being able to "keep up with him" (He would find it weird how march can match his speed given its speed equal and would be more alert here)

Anyways Beerus takes this low diff after realising March being "strange".

Hakai doesn't just have history EE, IT also has Soul destruction, which March doesn't resist.

Oh she does have indeed unconventional resistance to soul manipulation, but Beerus could just obliterate her with any ki blast, heck he'll induce her with Paralysis inducement by just staring alone.

Its kinda weird Hsr characters dont have paralysis resistance since like half of the bosses can do something similiar and you can resist it with res effect lol
 
Also i like point out SBA means both goes for win instantly due to saying "Each character will view their opponents as enemies, who they have to assume wish to cause them severe harm such that losing could have any range of dire consequences." Its half assed blood-lost but for survival. For example Acheron would start with her sword in SBA
 
Beerus can also make his opponent's whole body explode from within like this, i don't see March surviving this level of power.
 
Like Martch fight against someone who got UI was only fair due to both being in character and the fc with UI holds back and even then March lost

Well, Beerus uses Hakai at the slightest inconvenience, and it seems that March 7th doesn't start with smurf, so I vote for Beerus.
