Goku easily, outranges, has his own teleport, far more skilled, has that pseudo precog senses thing going for him, aoe, flight, and more.

We rate saitama baseline 5-B for countering a Baseline attack casually. Making goku any higher than baseline is double standards.

Goku is still baseline by simply being there, then add the fact it was stated he getting contiounsly stronger every punch he threw, he too is above baseline by an unquantifiable amount. Yeah that may be a problem but, how is she hitting him?

You cannot give goku anything higher than baseline. He has 0 feats of higher than baseline apart from piccolo's statement (how the hell did piccolo watch anything anyway, mind you, does goku slow down while attacking?).
