Goku's form doesn't have a time limit, it was stated that Goku simply ran out of power not because the form has some special time limit.

Goku ran out of power during the clash with the spirit bomb so he absorbed the spirit bomb for a temporary increase. (The Spirit Bomb refilled his MP)

This Goku fighting her is a Goku who wasn't 99 percent drain of power.
