Empra is a living soul in the warp. An eight dimensional soul at that. It's like comparing a regular 3-Dimensional being to a 3-Dimensional ghost.

Well that's rather unfortunate that Piece Beatrice have Soul Manipulation, and stuff like Reality Warping that would let her bypass that non-corporeality, unless I'm missing something.

Well, if big E dies he becomes the starchild, who is millions of time stronger than all chaos gods put together. So my vote remains for the Empra.

I think Beatrice wins that, but with difficulty, she has way more powers, and is much harder to kill than the Emperor, i mean, she couldn't be killed by someone who had all of her powers

(Please, someone correct me if i'm wrong about something)

Gonna have to go with beatrice because of being more versatile and being harder to kill with mid godly regen and immortality type 1,3 and 8

I'm pretty sure that's non-canon.

Can I ask the nature of said fight? As in, "to the death" or something? Because Beatrice's versatility is incredibly good, but I do not remember her having any sort of way to put down the Emperor's will, or vice versa. Neither combatant can really "die", and I neither Piece Beato or Big E have ever just poofed away another entity at their level.

Also I think this has already been clarified but Starchild lore is incredibly old and even now is considered baseless speculation at best.
