Also Beatrice doesn't have much Oryx doesn't already exist, so he just takes her and is done with it.

Also Beatrice doesn't resist Oryx's passive taking either, so he passives her.
Take away that and Oryx probably beats her over the head with things she doesn't resist like Truth-killing to make her into a 0 power bitch he can then beat over the head with Willbreaker. Or he does a deathsong and negs all of her immortality becuase he's got enough layers on ALL of his powers and resistances to bypass any resistance Beatrice might have to his tomfuckery.
