Basically, the person above you will have rolled a random superpower.

You need to roll a random superpower, then you need to explain how you would evade the superpower of the person immediately above you and defeat them.

It doesn't matter whether or not the person above you defeated the person above them. You just need to beat the person above you. Though, if you do have a way of defeating a person someone else wasn't able to and you want to, you can.
