Yey, another thread. Now this one might be a stomp, but I hope not. There's a Tier difference, but both can oneshot each other. Sides', while Shoto is massively higher AP, Toudou has skills to compensate... (Please don't be a stomp please don't be a stomp...)
Anyways, Speed Equalized, both start at their base, but can go to their strongest. In-character for both, and assume this is current Todoroki, so he can use his flames as well.
Fight takes place in the U.A. Stadium, and they are 10 meters apart. Win by K.O. Oh, and tournament rules state that Toudou can't use her lethal moves (I.E. Driving electricity into her opponent's skull), but her sword is fair game.
