Slappy has been brought to life in the home of a family that stole Lubdan's gold. Slappy sets about ruining the home while the family is out and tries to pocket their gold. Lubdan arrives wanting his gold back. You can guess what happens next.

Speed unequalized since both of their speed sections are more focused on travel speed than combat speed anyway and their magic powers should allow their attack range and attack speed to remain relatively similar. Fight is inside a simple house. Slappy's card with his chant is in his pocket and may or may not fall out during the fight. Victory by any means.

Lubdan's a little shit. What can/does Slappy do to start off?

Slappy can transmute Lubdan, put him to sleep, or, if his body is destroyed and he uses his ghost form, possess him. His mind control may not work on Lubdan since Lubdan was implied to be immune to his own magic flute, and neither one of them are capable of killing the other due to their strong immortality. Technically, Slappy could kill Lubdan with four leafed clovers, wrought-iron, or by destroying his gold, but he would have no way of knowing that. Lubdan can be knocked out, but he doesn't stay down for long whenever it happens in the movies.

On the flipside, Lubdan could possibly brainwash Slappy with his flute since, while Slappy did come back from having his mind stolen, he has never been shown to resist actual mind control. Lubdan could also KO Slappy or separate his body parts and lock them away to keep Slappy from attacking or putting himself back together.
