Kira Yoshikage is walking through Morioh normally, living a peaceful life until he encounters a terrorist running around and exploding stuff with his stand, and this makes Kira unable to be in piece, so therefore he steps up and decides to "deal with this problem"

Speed is equalized, place is Morioh Cafe, Kira has prior knowledge of Oye's stand. This is pre-BTD Kira, both act in character.

Isn't Kira like straight up better than him in AP/durability. Oye could overwhelm wth his pins because he can put many on like anythig, even air, except I think going by wiki standards Kira tanks and SHA would be like a huge insta kill if hit with an actual exposion.

So, if oyecomova catches on how SHA works, he could plant bomb pins everywhere to distract SHA. It won't do much but it's a small distractiob

No, the pins dont create heat only the explosion. And with that much heat, if Oye is even close to it going off he would die.

Right. But he could still put a bomb pin, wait for it to explode, and SHA would go to that explosion. But, should I forbid SHA to make it more fair?

He'd have to figure that out first, shouldn't be hard, but Kira is there and can actually plan around that. Also like, Kira has the AP and durability advantage.
