Some have it stronger than others but most master class have insane presences capable of these effects whereas some people like Kenichi and Odi have it to lesser extents. With supermasters being capable of making people lose consciousness with Ki alone

Well, Kakine has a very strong mind, Kihara Souji (a guy comparable to others Kiharas who have a page here) was bleeding and nearly uncouncious after seeing 3300 of the 25000 phenomenas Kakine can create with DM.

Also, Kakine control his powers with his mind alone, as long as he isn't uncouncious he can attack, and a single desperate attack will kill, since he has transmutation via contact.

That isn't really mind manip. This is just them releasing bloodlust (kushinada's case).

Well grandmasters (1 step below Kushinada) can make ppl go unconscious with ki so..

Weaker, but that's cus people comparable have similar levels of Ki in verse. Kakine wouldn't really have Ki comparable to Mikumi.

For as long as you can sense her. Considering she's one of the most powerful Ki users in the verse and her Aura looks like this, i'd say pretty freaking far.

I don't think there is much Kakine can do here then. Btw, i think you can add fear manipulation via aura to her page, since status effect can mean everything.
