Its not just a normal dimension tho, is it? It is designed to prevent exiting (cuz its one of iirc two final destinations of all things - matter, soul, mind etc. and Rymrgand is a selfish, salty and possessive jerk anyway so he actively tries to prevent exit) and has a bunch of conceptual passives if you were to somehow find yourself in it, which include Entropy, Decay and some other stuff. So essentially, you get conceptually EEed if you are there with your mind, body and soul simultaneously hit by it.

The Protagonist of PoE2 (and 1) has type 8 on a different 2-B deity but Rymrgand still had to provide a special protection to them cuz the EE is potent enough to erode past the type 8 immortality too.
