One thing right away, "can induce nuclear fission" is worthless here because Qi warps physics and makes nuclear fission stop being an actual thing.

The EE is striking all forms of existence, not outright "you're gone", so it won't be anywhere near as useful.

Most of his other stuff is resisted (soul destruction, forced teleportation, possession, etc).

She can break his forcefield with the stuff they don't resist (or overpower them? I highly doubt his resistances are anywhere near her stuff).

After that, kill his body and all life on earth, and he is unable to resurrect.

His soul is in another dimension by the way. Of course, cultivators use connections like this to kill remote people on a daily basis but I'm a bit unclear on how well it would do here or the range required.

Putting his life energy into Wan'er is suicide. Putting it into nearby humans makes her kill him another few times, until she figures it out and kills them all.

I think she wins easily as Darsh misses abilities/powers from his profile..even if he were to have them all I'm not sure if he could win. At the same time, a guy plans to revision him so I think this can be concluded here but who knows, maybe other people will come here and debate.
