Battle between Femme Fatales - Raynare vs. Mileena (Speed equalized)

Well, she killed Base Issei, before he was revived. Does that count?
From her profile, I'd say she was wall level, likely higher, so she should be allowed to fight wall level opponents. Mileena ranges from small to large building level, making this particular match pretty uneven.

Raynare should have some decent possible opponents listed under this category.

Unless Raynare goes for insta memory hax and it works, Mileena oneshots and maybe even outskills her.

I'd say she outskills her too. Doesn't she have decent command of two real life martial arts, in addition to being comparable skill-wise to police like Stryker, mercenaries like Kabal and Kano, special forces like Sonya and Jax, and so on? Meanwhile Raynare's skill is seemingly that of a fallen angel foot soldier, if that.

I see the similarity between these two, and the appeal of the fight, but it seems a bit one-sided. Unfortunately many fights based on similarities end up being mismatches.

Well, I'm going to leave this open for a little bit more to see if anyone wants to come in to say anything else.
