He is capable of killing large groups of gansters, all armed with guns, with nothing but his bare hands. He can sneak up on a superhuman whose hearing is strong enough to hear a conversation happening on the other side of a city. He has survived getting shot, stabbed, beatings from superpowered opponents, and falls from skyscrapers. He is also skilled with weaponry such as swords, bows, and is skilled with his grapple hook. He is a skilled detective and planner, and he has his "Hood Vision", which allows him to scan for weak points on opponents and lets him scan the position of enemies if they are within his eyesight.

From the looks of it, I think that he is around baseline Wall Level (15,000 Joules). The profile doesn't say anything else, so I think scalling him to baseline is likely our best bet.

Acctually, would it be possible for me to replace DCEU Batman with Young Justice Batman for this fight? Young Justice Batman scales above a Street Level + Feat to an unknown degree, so a fight between Young Justice Batman and Red Hood might be more fair and not end in a 1 shot unlike with DCEU Batman

Ok now it's been changed to Young Justice Batman. This should be a lot more balenced now.

Going to give this to Batman. Seems to be more experienced in fighting crime than Red Hood. Batman is in his 40's whilst Red Hood is still in his teens, so he should have a couple of decades more experience, plus he's got the higher intellect which should be useful in coming up with strategies.
