well prep means he can use anything even the suit. well basically both of them can use anything from the movie.

Round 1-captain,Due to potentially better martial artist and combatant also being stronger and faster,and his shield can take easily anything batman can throw at him and he is fast enough to react to it,and non prep bat will have very hard time.

Round 2-Batman,yea well batman prep.

it isnt speaking for his fightings strength but for his preperation hax

R1: 60/100 for batman because he has some interesting stuff while rogers shield is cool and all but nothing that makes batman unable to use his stuff

R2: batman mid-diff, he was able to create plans against every JL member and im sure eh would easily pull of something similar against the avengers, batman 99/100 (maybe all of batmans plans fail due to cosmic misfotune XD) ^_^

Batman literally get's owned by half the people on supersoldier level in random encounters,it has been done by people like lady shiva,who uses no equipment whatsover and isn't a superhuman either.and for more instances has been done by deathstroke(pre new 52) on multiple instances,and deathstroke is the closest thing to captain america in DC verse(except the whole assasin thing)

But prep batman is godly,only second to prep constantine in marvel and DC verse(IMO)

Round 2: If he uses his prep time to get his Armored Batsuit than their AP's will be equalish but Cap is still faster and has higher durability via his Shield.
