Banjo & Kazooie (with vehicles) + Evila Continent Arc Hiiro are used, and speed is equalized

Battle takes place around Spiral Mountain.

Hiiro scales well above 13 kilotons, Banjo downscales from 24 kilotons

May the best fighter win.

Banjo & Kazooie:

Hiiro Okamura:

Hiiro

Either eggs or the magic wrench. So that's fire eggs which incinerate the opponent, ice eggs which fully freeze the opponent, grenade eggs that are around 3x the power of normal eggs and the magic wrench which is TK restrain. From there, they spam eggs.

Nah, Read Hiiro's speed section and his standard equipment

far higher with speed amplifying magic (Can speed blitz opponents who would speed blitz him in base)

When attacking an opponent clad in magic power, this 《Severing Sword ― Zangeki》was capable of attacking the opponent's magic power itself. This would lead to the opponent becoming intoxicated by magic power, muddling their consciousness.

That's only if he decides to amp, and gets the opportunity to amp his speed.

Also Banjo & Kazooie don't have magic themselves, they have objects that contain magic called jiggies.

BK's best bet here is to use the wrench, battery eggs or ice eggs to quickly stun him and spam fire eggs (2x more damage) non-stop at him with breegull blaster. D.Kazooie is being used, so her exploiting the infinite ammo should be in character.

Well, amping his speed and strength is something that he usually does when fighting.

(Although it's hard to tell because most of the opponent's he's fought have either been so weak that he can one-shot them without amps, or completely immune to magic, so the only thing he can use against them is amps)

Plus, he usually starts with info analysis, so that could help him get a gauge of their abilities (Although he couldn't find out information about their weapons without directly targeting their weapons with pry)

He can't do his word magic if he's restrained by tk/frozen, right?

True, in this key he still has to write it out. But him writing out "Speed" or "Pry" is, like, not slow at all (In fact it's noted to be extremely fast).

B&K still have to throw the eggs, don't they?

You said that he usually starts with info analysis, which is likely for him to do here considering that he doesn't have prior knowledge of them and they look very different from his usual enemies. They have three ways to stun him with two being via projectiles that are faster than themselves. (via egg-aim)

So they stunning him and then spamming projectiles is possible.

Yes, unless B&K use the wrench which has basically no travel time

Nah, that's never been a rule. You can vote for your own character all you like

His basic word magic is reality warping, because theoretically he can do anything as long as he can imagine a word for it.

Yeah all of Banjo & Kazooie's projectiles are faster than themselves relatively

Pretty damn sure Hiiro uses speed amps and such before the bbs really reach him, and that's ssuming Banjo uses it the second the fight starts.

Hiiro would use + process his information analysis first before using speed amps. There's also the chance that Banjo & Kazooie could perceive Hiiro as he's coming towards them/attacking them and can grab him with the magic wrench's TK.

There's also a good chance that Hiiro would use one of his other options from his practically unlimited pool of them.

It was said above that he tends to start by amping himself, so the amount of options doesn't change that... and even if, there is no reason why he wouldn't when he sees an enemy throwing things at him.

It's not even stated how far the characters are from each other, the attacks will also be homing at him so dodging will be hard.

Then one set of Golden Eggs (20 secs of infinite rapid-fire shooting) should do it, they are faster than regular eggs who themselves are faster than Kazooie with turbo trainers. Since the AP isn't one-shot worthy, plus the regen+healing, it would give them enough time to activate invulnerability.

Oh yeah, I'm pretty sure if B&K saw some guy rushing towards them at sonic speed, they'd activate their invulnerability. Gives them plenty of time to catch Hiiro with TK as well seeing as the magic wrench doesn't really have travel time.

B&K are more likely to use standard eggs first before using grenade eggs, giving Hiiro enough time to amp himself, and at that point it's seriously doubtful that they'd hit him.

Hiiro was going against someone he couldn't even see because they were so fast, stacked a few speed amps on top of each other, and proceeded to completely overwhelm them in speed.

And that was with his weaker speed amps, before he developed two-word chains.
