All I know is Jugram for certain is waiting for cour 4 seeing as the information involving his scaling to Uryu is rather unsupported. The only piece of scaling to be made is involving Ichigo's suggestion that they both fight him. Other than that, the God-Tiers are pretty untouched to get upgrades iirc from Arc telling us.

From just a glance, he should be atleast FTL even before the auswalhen amp, he kept up with tenjiro when he was using multiple flash step attacks. Tenjiro=Oetsu in speed at least and oetsu blitzed lille barro who should be relative to shunsui in shikai atp who dodged a ls attack while injured. Plus shunsui felt jugram would wash him when they first met back in cour 2 so It should be consistent.
I hear Arc is doing a juicy speed revision so I am looking forward to that even more than the AP revision ngl.

Quick question, why does our current calc for Las Noches' size not account for resting time? Since Nel who told us about its size does get tired, same for Bawabawa whom they use for traveling long distances who gets tired just from getting them to Las Noches (he got tired after traveling for minutes or maybe a few hours at most, while going around Las Noches would take 6 days) and we have Ichigo, Uryu and Chad who got tired and need to rest after running towards Las Noches for some time.

Ichigo can sprint for 5 days without break. Therefore he can sprint 3 days without break.

But his point isn't that Ichigo doesn't have the stamina, it's if Nel and her Fraccións have the stamina to run three days straight.

Nel can hop on Ichigo’s shoulder. The Fraccion have spirit energy comparable or superior to the likes of pre SS Uryu (who could train 7 days and nights non stop) and early Arrancar arc Ichigo (who can sprint for 5 days straight easy).

How does that line up with Ichigo and company running towards Las Noches but needing to take a break? Surely they weren't in Hueco Mundo for 5 days there, were they?

So the timeline is
- Hogyoku awakens at the end of December which is two months after Ichigo achieves a ten second mask time (Chapter 229)
- Aizen kidnapps Orihime two months early to use her power to speed up the process
- Seventeen months after the fight with Aizen and it's April again and the start of a new year (Chapter 424)
So we know the following:
- The fight with Aizen happens seventeen months before the start of whatever the first Monday of April was. Which means it happened early November
- Shining states in two months the orb will awaken and states it will awaken in late December. So that means they're likely in late October
- The gap between Chapter 229 and 422 are likely to be less than one week based on the timeline we have.

Ichigo was tired after running to Las Noches but not from running on a treadmill for five days. Which is where the comparison came from.

It’s stated Ichigo can run on a treadmill that drains spirit energy for 5 days without rest when he’s training with the Vizard. It is both a stamina thing (as doing strenuous exercise over long periods is inherently such), but it also measures his spirit energy (spirit energy would help the Vizards get a measure of his strength, etc).

Nel is surrounded by people with spirit energy comparable to that of early AA Ichigo, if not far superior, she should be reputable. No one refutes her claims either, which includes Ichigo himself, but more importantly her fraccion. Also, you gotta remember that the scene is an expository one that Kubo is using to highlight the large size of Las Noches right. There’s no narrative purpose for Nel to be lying.

Sure, frankly we’re still rather conservative with the on site interpretation, assuming a casual walking pace, when these characters are more than capable of running and are blatantly in a major hurry.
