That's true. Most of 4-A scale to the basic starry sky calc, so anyone above that kind of just AP stomp for the most part.

It's even worse in DBS for 2-C. DBS characters are multiple quadrillions of times stronger than baseline 2-C. The only way you're getting a fair match is through hax because a higher universe count makes it a stomp in the opponent's favor, especially if they also outhax.

Tell me about it. Thought we could finally have a 6 universe 2-C match with Dragon Ball. And than I saw how some DBS 6 Universe 2-C like Jiren scales to far above 3,200,000x 6 Universe 2-C. And I don’t even know where the DBS Superheroes 2-C scale. Like if they were just a couple hundred times baseline it would still be doable with some characters. But millions is a bit too high especially for 2-C. Like it’s hard enough to find anybody that’s even around 6 Universe 2-C in the first place.

Even SDBH has this problem because they scale to destroying an infinite number of 5D structures. So most matches in 5D are complete AP shitstomps. But then ever for them, you have some that are relatively haxless (Xeno Goku), meaning a low 1-C with enough hax or busted physiologies would godstomp. That or there are complete hax DEMONS (CC Goku), with some of them having absolutely brutal passive shit too, like Universe Tree Goku's history-based EE, basically reiatsu crush on steroids.

Ughh stuff like that I why I hate passive stuff like reiatsu crush and tier 1s cause you’re either haxless or full of hax. Literally no in between whatsoever. Really hope the series I’m currently working on doesn’t suddenly become tier 1 because of that one tier 1 object that’s finally reappearing in the series in a few weeks after like 25 years since its last appearance. Entering tier 1 with no hax is a horrible idea.

Entering tier 1 without hax is like entering a Michelin Star bake off with an $100 budget. Same goes with being tier 1 without immeasurable speed.

Immeasurable speed we’re good. Since apparently the infinite speed feats they consistently show right now according to a staff is actually supposed to be an immeasurable speed feat. But yeah they don’t have hax. If anything they are more antihax in their current tier. They resist all kinds of stuff like biological, madness, mind, soul, gravity, space, time manipulation etc.

no, I think TYBW Bankai Zaraki slams any version of Ichigo with Fullbring

The scaling I implemented and what is accepted is Fullbring Bankai Ichigo ~ Yhwach ~ Post-Training Zaraki < Shikai Zaraki <<< Bankai Zaraki.

I don't know what Fullbring Bankai Ichigo can do against that. He's getting slammed

I’m not trolling, but Zaraki Bankai TYBW cannot defeat base Yhwach. Ichigo managed to injure base Yhwach in his Fullbring Bankai form, whereas Zaraki lost to Fake Yhwach. After that, he had his training with Unohana and then fought Gremmy. If you closely watch the fight, Zaraki is afraid of machine guns in the anime; he even uses a slab of rock to protect himself, while Fake Yhwach withstands the temperature of the sun.

Even Gremmy isn’t that strong—he doesn’t even use Blut. He hardens his body like steel, while Fake Yhwach uses Blut to protect himself from Yamaji’s flames. Anyway, you’ll see it clearly today: Mayuri defeated Kenpachi, just like he defeated Pernida and its abilities. So why doesn’t Zaraki’s reiatsu protect him?

Zaraki’s Bankai has no real feats. He tears off Valkyrie’s arm but then knocks himself out on his own. On the other hand, Adult Toshiro has better feats than Bankai Zaraki. Even as a child, Toshiro managed to block Nozarashi twice in the manga.
 
It wasn't bad but also not as good as it could have been. Pernida didn't need to be cgi since it didn't move a lot and in the manga the fight felt more dynamic
 
Yeah I agree that Pernida didn’t need to be cgi this episode since he was mostly stationary, but the CGI wasn’t hideous either. I’m glad they kept the entire Zaraki Mayuri interactions in tact, always fond of the banter. I quite enjoyed the episode, although Shunsui’s Bankai next episode is going to be a cour highlight for sure.
 
I was a little disappointed by the CGI in some shots. I get they tried to make Pernida look otherworldly but it ended looking goofy for me. Although I didn't mind it the majority of the time. Mayuri as always was the highlight of the chapter for me, his voice actor really is delivering like crazy.
 
Ep was fine. I still don't like the cgi but it was better than Dangai Joe or Kinshara butodan and managed to incorporated Pernida well with the backround so it do the job so far.

Going by the next poem, we will not have the outcome of the fight next week and switch to Shunsui ?

Also, I think his Bankai really looked awesome. When he summoned Matai Fukuin Shotai was an amazing shot.
 
While the first half of the episode was alright, the best part of it being Mayuri and Zaraki's banter (which really showcases them being one in the same), the second half shines brighter like Mayuri's specialized suit. That's where the action really picked up, it looked clean. I didn't mind CGI Pernida, really made him look alien compared to everything else, and the anime managed to make him look even more eerie.
 
Mayuri needs to shut the f*ck up. Seriously, a good 80 percent of it was him yapping, he wasn't even talking to Pernida per say, he was mostly explaining his abilities and motivations for fighting Pernida
 
I still don't know why the verse isn't 2-A, aren't there infinite time lines that exist in Bleach and which comes from Soul King ?
