Spoilers and Details :

Flashback 1

• Episode Begins with ukitake's flashback and his parents in front of mimihagi praying and we see a drop of tear come from Mimihagi statue and in flows towards ukitake.

• After the shadow forms before ukitake, we see ukitake in world of stillness and clamness which is a water ground and we see him wiping up tear and forming a puddle in his hand.

Flashback 2

• Then we see Kid ukitake bloat up and mimihagi comes out

• then we see to little older ukitake trying to save a women who's being kinda bullied then that women beats the shit out of the bully and tell ukitake to join soul Reaper academy.

Flashback 3

• Cut forward we see ukitake in soul Reaper academy sparring with kid shunsui and infront of young sasakibe , young retsu and young yama

• we see some funny scenes of ukitake and shunsui and we see ukitake's siblings

• After that ukitake shows mimihagi shrine and explains about it to Kyoraku but Kyoraku already knows about it

• Kyoraku tells he won't let him die , then we see them walking from shrine through all seasons in a beautiful scene

Flashback 4

• Then We see after they both became captian and we see ukitake sad from kaien's death and ukitake in central 46 being investigated , and both ukitake and central 46 knows mimihagi played a role ( indirectly) for his death , so they force him to get a new lieutenant.

Flashback 5

• We see UKITAKE, SHUNSUI AND UNOHANA AFTER YAMA'S death in captain meeting area looking at YAMA'S broken sword and we see sad talks , Kyoraku tells how hard it is to give Orders and we see ukitake and Unohana saying a final goodbye to each other ( not in a goodbye word to word but in a sense )

End of Flashback, Back to the current time

• in between the flashback there were small scenes of him telling everyone about mimihagi and talking off his cloth and talking a place in middle of the lab , talk goes similarly on how it was in manga

• After that , we see mimihagi off him back , and ukitake coughing blood ( a lot ) , mimihagi goes up amd ukitake is in really bad condition

• we see rukia trying to convince ukitake to stop it ( no one else even tried) , many people are not even looking at ukitake because how terrifying it is

• We see a sad scene of ukitake and rukia talk in between of what will happen to squad 13

• scene cuts to yhwach, we see all gang attacking him , ganju does smoke , chad punches yhwach and yhwach catches it , catches Yoruichi too , orihime tries to heal SK but it fails

• Mimihagi comes up , and yhwach gets crazy mad

• we see an Amazing scene of Ukitake quoting kaien's line

"Rukia , there are two types of battle.........."

• Scene transfers to shunsui in muken and he complets the quote

"one to protect the people and one to protect the honour" he cares for ukitake

• we also see captains trying to make the gate, no Kenpachi at lab*

Aizen scenes :

• Shunsui enters Muken and tries to talk to Aizen and gets no reply (me fr) , then he says about keys and stuff and etc

• shunui says it'll be tough to speak after being sealed for 2 years but he's sure he'll be fine

• Then we see Shunsui unsealing his mouth and as soon as he does it , Aizen walks in front of him, and he's shocked

• Aizen question don't you have more keys to unseal and shunsui unseales him and uses all 3 keys

• we see a parallel scene from when yhwach approached Aizen and on why he should help him

• Aizen realises the key and the entrance of muken is embedded in shunsui and entrance in his heart, so if Aizen kills him he wouldn't be able to get out

• we see the reveal of chair and shusui tells to sit in it, and we see the famous panel of prison guy getting bodied

• We see a cool shot of Aizen and his barrier

• Episode ends with Aizen replying to shunsui "Fresh Air of soul society that is gonna be destroyed by Yhwach?"

I don't think anything has changed in that regard, it doesn't take a hybrid of all races to damage the Soul King, it takes a hybrid of all races to get past the seal, the crystal cocoon probably, the original argument for why Ichigo scales to the Soul King is still sound, he overcame the Soul King's passive Reiatsu.

It was so cool! I loved the shot of Ichigo floating with it behind his head; he looked badass as hell!

I loved Orihime being scared of Ichigo's new strength; it reminded me of her being scared of Ichigo during the Arrancar arc, but that was more because he became a literal monster unlike here.

Also, I'm glad he used Getsuga Jujisho again! He only used it once in the manga against Candice, and never again. (Also, this episode definitively proved that Ichigo was holding back, a lot, during his fight with that Bambis).
 
I just remembered something. In the FKT arc, people could sense Segunda Ulqiorras reiatsu,but not Vasto Lorde ichigo’s. does this mean anything really?

Attack Potency: Universe level, possibly Universe level+ (Passively keeps the entirety of the Bleach Cosmos from collapsing and being destroyed by his mere existence)

to this

Universe level, possibly Universe level+ via Environmental Destruction (Causes Garganta to collapse by destroying Soul Society)

P.S. Holy smokes, the copium people used to downplay Bleach is crazy.
