Gonna have to disagree with that, i can name multiple reasons of what i've seen but i'll just say i heavily disagree.

Because these other communities don't believe that shaking an entire cosmology through pure power is not worth anything in AP, it just says more about these other boards rather than Vs battle wiki.

Because both 4th and Final Fusion can only hurt Ichigo when he's being casual,(tho potentially their durability should scale to dangai) not only that,but Ichigo's 3-C comes from Dispelling Ultra Fragor,so if Fourth and Final fusion scaled to dangai im fairly certain it would just downgrade Dangai to 4-A.
Basically Dangai Ichigo>Monster Aizen Ultra Fragor(12x Fragors combined into one)>Monster Aizen>Butterfly aizen.
