I feel like both are likely, seeing as Zangetsu can alter Ichigo's perception of time

And there should be some resistance to Spiritual attacks due to the whole Spiritual Pressure neg

Depends on if you believe genjutsu requires a chakra network. If so then it doesn't matter since it won't work. If you believe that genjutsu would work regardless of a chakra network then refer to chapter 413 of Naruto. No clue on the rest of the stuff you asked though.

I think most genjustu would not work. We know Gisele has mind and biology manipulation and she needs extra blood to affect captains due to their high reiatsu. When normal it takes a small amount of blood to turn you into a zombie.
