Yhwach started with 2 tome Almighty during his fight with ichibei. Which he used to see all things and negate all hax he sees. Right before he kills ichibei he awakens his 3rd tome. So i assume his 3rd tome allows him to rewrite others futures while 2 tome allows his to rewrite his own future
