Hm if Someone removes darkness from SS still Garganta which also has darkness and HM also has darkness. WOL also has darkness can still exists
Isn't it CM type 1 like Darkness is not dependent on the reality it's governs. I may be wrongly understanding this. Just asking. I am not sure.

CM type 1 exists independently from reality which it governs if someone removes darkness from SS that shouldn't affect other darkness in bleach verse logically but i am not sure.

Also why isn't SK or SK Yhwach doesn't have HDE? They are literally a part of the Bleach universe (SS + WOL) without them World would get destroyed. Part mean they are connected to the whole universe itself.

Because neither of them are fused with the cosmology itself?.
They support the continued existence of the cosmology through their reiryoku, and manipulation of the cycle of souls. Neither of these things would give you HDE.

I believe in the anime it's stated to have a Bankai level amp to AP and Durability respectively, but Arc would know more on this since he has watched the anime.

Personally I feel it should be a 10x amp but we’ll probably have to go the safe route and treat it as a 5x amp

Not really if it doesn't have statement like 5-10 x like Bankai. We got for 5X for Bankai because of that range. Blut is not like that additionally unlike Soul reapers Quincies has one hell of an defence and offence for even fodders with Blut it should be 10X if it's clearly mentioned

There was an info page on Blut the anime released that directly states it being comparable to a Bankai amp from what I remember.. but I don’t think there was any fodder Quincy that had insane defense. Do you mind bringing up an example?

From what I understand all used blut it didn't explained or shown everytime. as Nodt and Byakuya Fight is just showcasing Blut abilities that's why none of the Shikai was in effective
