Shinobi have shown they can see souls in numerous other situations via edo tensei and the ghost jutsu

However, In both other cases you're referring there are statements of the two jutsu only being visible in certain conditions(King of Hell only when you're touched by the user and Reaper Death seal only can be seen by the user) if that's the case then logically the visibility of the jutsu is more of an effect of the jutsu rather than because they are souls

The fact no one can see Momoshiki soul disproves them being able see souls normal maybe with edo tensei it's different.

He writes whenever he wants too, meaning Hell arc will be yearly.

Not whatever he wants.He's been writing 5 pages every month since the bleach weekly manga ended. Bleach ended about 10 years ago. So he should have about 35 to 40 chapters already done. In the one shot he gave us that was only 4 chapters worth

Bleach ended in 2016 and obviously he didn't start hell arc right after. He probably did not that much before the oneshot was announced

That’s not guaranteed. He could had just not write anything a few months and still apply the same concept. It could had also been the Hell one shot and Burn the Witch he was talking about.
 
Is it just me, or was Harribel pathetic for the #3 Espada? She's on even footing with a single captain when the other two at FKT took on multiple captain levels and still held an advantage for most of the fight. Harribel had to be rescued after getting K.Oed by one attack when she hadn't taken any significant hits.

Nahh toshiro is just that strong he's actually stronger than most captains at that point. The gap between halibel and barrgan is pretty big. So that's why multiple captains was needed to take him.

Only reason she is really liked is cause of her looks let's be real

Her character has a good concept going for it but is barely fleshed out and even her anime original backstory added little to her

I think the most interesting she ever was during the CFYOW Novel when she sees Yhwach's corpse as the SK and goes

"Ya know despite Aizen being a traitorous asshole who nearly killed me...maybe he was on to something when he spoke so much about he hated the SK and yall Shinigami ***** asses"

Honestly if anything that made Aizen even more interesting to me rather than Harribel though
