Possible options
1. Ichigo gets killed by Fishbone D and reincarnates into Hueco Mundo as a natural vasto lorde ( later turned natural arrancar ) due to White
2. Ichigo gets killed by Fishbone D and reincarnates in Soul Society ( probably the worst districts ) and naturally joins the Gotei after tribulations/trials in the Rukongai
3. Ichigo awakens Fullbring and manages to kill Fishbone D...perhaps Ginjo approaches him early
4. Maybe Ichigo manages to get away but the rest of his family is killed and maybe Yhwach swoops in and uses propaganda+truth to get Ichigo to help him burn down SS
There's honestly a lot of ways this can go tbh...and since we know there are Infinite Timelines in Bleach and we even got see alternate versions of Ichigo in BBS...the possibilities are ******* endless and interesting as hell to think about

no one reacting to it is not the same as them not seeing Dan, especially since we see Choza having a full conversation with him in ghost form. if anything this just means Dan's ghost jutsu movement speed is fast asf. which makes sense since Dan got there before Madara's Susanoo could even land an attack on an unconscious Tsunade.

all this means is that the Naraka Path and Reaper Death Seal have a form of conditional invisibility beyond them being just souls since we have a pretty firm precedence of souls being seen with multiple people watching and talking to souls as they leave Edos to fly back to the Afterlife.
Not to mention those two jutsu have been specifically explained to only be visible to them after certain conditions are met not because they are souls.
