It's been ages since I played the game, but I'm pretty sure the strategy is basically to stack up on BBS tickets and hope to luck out. BBS tickets include everything that is in the premium summons. Unless something has changed while I was absent, the moment a new anniversary banner drops, the new anniversary character appears in the premium summons too.
Same goes for 5* and 4-5* tickets too iirc.

you wait for the character to release (so they would be available in the premium summons) and summon normally
usually yes, unless its tybw or the novels like for global anni when we got daddy ichigo and mom rukia they werent available in the premium/bs pool

yes first time I got focus but changed it to sp, still haven't max the other slots like stamina, attack and focus

Both would be in the tickets so just spam them once Aizen is out and hopefully you pull both. Definitely spend the orbs on Aizen.

honestly idt that aizen will be much better considering how good this ichigo is, so if you saving for aizen just cuz he might be better go for ichigo as you said he is your fav character (and he gon be in same tier of power). Tho based on gameplay it looks like aizen is gonna have frenzy +2 (his strong attacks will hit 3 times while normally its 2 times for frenzy units) however his damage output has been reduced (doesnt look like he will have berserker which buffs strong attack damage) to balance it out

fr, gonna be even worse this anni considering its just 1 unit
wish this ichigo was included with aizen as a featured anni unit, wouldve been much better
thats a good amount, hope we all pull aizen (the artchigo will be in the other 2% from the premium characters so you got a small chance to pull him on aizen's banner unless they change things this year)

Honestly I wouldn’t mind putting together something “side continuity forms” like Fullgetsu, 6th Anni Aizen, Artbook Ichigo, etc

As long as a character:
A) has a different enough history compared to the original version.

I'd reckon an entire separate form satisfies this. iirc I got it green lit for a "side-continuity" Ichigo page a while back, just never finished it because I got ba-ba-ba-ba-banned
