sometimes I look at your replies and wonder what you'd sound like IRL 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭😭
LOOOOL 😭😭😭😭😭

BTW guys: I got fully caught up with the anime. Something I found interesting is there is no mention of Vollstandig Lille's powers being light-based or light-adjacent in the anime. In the manga, even in the colored one, Lille's attacks look like completely light-based attacks, moving in extremely straight lines, and they're mentioned to be light from what I remember (will double-check).

In the anime, however, we know that Vollstandig's are given their individual colors. In the first cour public version, they're all blue like in the original colored manga, but they changed it in the Blu-ray and second season. Lille's color theme is changed to green, with the same effects that every Vollstandig has (see this image). Also, it matches his limited vollstandig form (eye closed, which he uses vs the zero squad), while in the manga its different.

There might be information that interests you.

Thanks for info once again. 😊

Just from a quick look - It looks like Shunsui's bankai moment against Starrk is recalled, also something about Shunsui's bankai turning "play" into reality is mentioned & just another reiteration that Lille needs to open his eyes to use the true essence of X-axis.

Though I will properly translate it and post it here after some time.

Also, in the anime, it's a lot clearer that the attacks are moving nigh-instantly in comparison to Shunsui (with him aim-dodging), while in the manga it looks like he's dodging them after they're fired.

Also, I went back to read and they're never explicitly referred to as light in the most explicit way possible. Lille calls it his "light of judgement" (name of the attack), but I do think there is a strong basis for this to be literal light (will not try implementing it to the wiki). He uses his attacks to shine on shadows, and there are shadows created by them. Also Lisa says he emits "'divine' light," and she calls it light directly in chapter 653 (page 10).

No?

Pernida’s nerves allow him to hijack your own body and turn it against you. Base Pernida doesn’t scale to Kenpachi. Kenpachi scales to Kenpachi, and that’s what Pernida used to harm Kenpachi.

Also, Mayuri can de-zombify people. So Candice and Mini being zombies doesn’t contradict CFYOW at all.
IN CYFOW -> We went to rescue them, but we didn’t make it in time. They were captured by the Twelfth Company right after his majesty used Auswählen to take their Voll Stern Dich. Lord Najahkoop’s status is unknown too, although we believe he was transferred as well.

A minor detail being retconned =/= the entire story is retconned. Like we already know minor details are being retconned with Shinji’s Bankai being used.
