We know that when you scale massively above someone in Bleach that there’s 0 need to even block an attack. As with Zaraki vs Ichigo, when you scale so far above someone you aren’t relative anymore, you can just no sell the technique. So there would be 0 need for Yama to block unless Koga could do some damage, since otherwise Yama would be able to no sell it like Zaraki vs Ichigo, and that’s just not the case.
