Seeing as Baki is 9-A and has DB, I'm assuming NGB Baki is being used, in which case, my vote is with Baki. He could match Spec, who almost broke the Statue of Liberty with his Apnea Rush, and he has DB, which is a 3x multiplier+. PS giving Ohma the speed advantage is definitely an amazing advantage, but considering they're quite similar in skill and they start in base, with Baki already having the physical advantage, Baki takes it through and through imo

Did this Baki already have Demon Back? I haven't read the first manga and i don't remember him using it in the second one.

Basically I divide it up like this: if this is pre-sex Baki, Ohma wins. If this is Raitai, Ohma wins with PS. If this is SOO, Baki wins.

8-B, I'd give Ohma a small chance with Demonsbane, but Raitai Baki will be Low 7-C? I recant my earlier statement. Post sex Baki is top of what Ohma can handle

Technically post sex Baki is vastly superior to his 9-A key and that's really all we know. So he's likely somewhere in between 8-C and 8-B.

But yeah Raitai tourney takes place like a month before the Oliva stuff in SOO so he's Low 7-C for sure. His feats back that up too, he causally bodied Kaku Kaioh's son who is comparable to Rahon via hype and then casually beat Muhammad Ali Jr despite Jr breaking his limits before the fight.
