Gunvolt, Asimov and Blade should get the following

Resistance to Electricity Manipulation (Gunvolt himself stated electricity doesn't effect him in the 4komas, albeit the canon of them is debatable)

Absorption (Gunvolt is able to absorb Copen's Stellar Shock, other Azure Strikers should scale)

Resistance Negation (Azure Strikers are able to damage each other with electricity, as shown in Asmiov's boss fight)

Resistance to Absorption (Azure Strikers can't absorb one another's electricity, as shown in Asimov's boss fight)

More of Absorption Negation than Resistance to Absorption, but otherwise, agree. This is all very consistent
