If the starting distance is more than 10 meters, then Rick would dominate this match with projectiles, that's the case until there are places to hide, then Ayanokouji will completely control the match.

Not only does Ayanokouji have stealth mastery, but a hax which gives him unnatural awareness of his surroundings which helps him detect any presence around him.

Ok, Rick is not even realizing when Ayanokouji took him down. Ayanokouji will do the same Ichika did to Kushida, that is backshotting.Central parks are like this;

Ah yes, I forgot to add this, thanks for remining.
Ayanokouji also has pressure points. While he doesn't use pressure points against opponents who don't trouble him with his durability, he will go for pressure points first here, due to the fact that Rick has a weapon which Ayanokouji probably has more knowledge of (due to the fact that White Room gave him some training and White Room has contacts with professional assassins and Ayanokouji should have devoured them all). He will also disarm Rick by immediately striking his arms which will mean that Rick will no longer have his only hope in this battle and will be restricted to a hands-only combat, something in which Ayanokouji will completely obliterate him if a H2H combat were to break out. Secondly, Ayanokouji can easily grab the gun from Rick's hands, he has Class 1 LS which is overwhelmingly better than an Above Average human LS.
