From glancing at their profiles I would say inconclusive. They just seem to just counter each other. But i am slightly leaning towards Max due to being..well....sober. Unless drunk..ness...doesn't effect Aya's ability to fight.

i took that in consideration i still dont see any winner from that,plus max has intelligence over her and better stamina,i know on aya profile it says it gets better with alcohol but thats overtime not instant,i still stick to inconclusive
