Surprised this wasn't brought up before given the nigh-spam this thing had over the few days, but whatever.

It's current reasoning for being higher dimensional honestly isn't enough. Being far above someone does not remotely imply higher dimensionality, and "existing in the time-space between time-space" sounds like meaningless technobabble, especially since you could just interpret it as existing between universes. At the very least, more things are needed here to warrant this tier.

"Omniscience" seems also sketchy. "Know-it-all" does not really imply omniscience, unless the context gives us more.

But i'd argue that it isn't worth an "at least" given that the gap is infinite before the next tier (which is why say, Madoka doesn't have an "at least" even if she stomps baseline 2-As)

The only "at leasts" I can think of that don't just have a higher tier in the same key are SMT and Digimon, who also have many that aren't at least. The Ur Dragon has High 2-A in the same key so I didn't count him.

Actually, every 2-A in Digimon is infinitely above baseline.

But yeah as I said, I think that stomping a baseline shouldn't give you the "at least".

I mean we don't make the 3-As in DBS "at least 3-A" via stomping people, dunno why we would do it for 2-A
