SPC = baseline 4-B at best given no strict calc to measure it.
Goku in the Buu saga isn't confirmed to be any stronger than him without SSJ2 and SSJ3 is only 4x stronger than that according to secondary materials that I'm sure aren't accepted.
Goku is only 160 Foe at best assuming his SS1=SPC and assuming SSJ3 is a linear 8x boost.
The only chance Goku has is attempting to blind with solar flare and use kienzan, which is ridiculously OOC for anyone in the series.

Yeah, 4-B is such a wide tier that AP stomps can happen. Especially for haxless fighters.

Gohan is at least 8x stronger than Buu Saga Goku, so it should be fair if Goku peaks at 160 foe
